So, I have now cracked good tasting macarons, and good looking macarons, unfortunately one ideal is achievable in one oven...in Leeds, and the other only seems to happen in a different oven when I'm at home in Norfolk.
So these ones tasted amazing, but looked a little cracked and had no feet whatsoever.
I think I have perfected my chocolate ganache though, and as I had some left I thought I'd try some drizzling...and it also covered up a lot of the cracks ;)
